I'm Tania Santana, the Reading Interventions teacher at Borman K-8. I have been a teacher since August 2000 and have taught everything from kindergarten through 6th grade.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Bilingual and Multicultural Education from Northern Arizona University and a Master's degree in Reading Instruction from Ashford University. My specialized endorsements are in English as a Second Language, Early Childhood Education, and as a Reading Specialist.

I understand military life very well in all its entirety, I not only married into the military life I also grew up in it. Like many of our students, I attended multiple schools before graduating from High School and even lived overseas. Military children hold a special place in my heart they are strong and resilient individuals and it is my great honor to serve them.

My name is Jasmine Bonner and I have been the Reading Intervention Aide at Borman K-8 for the past four years. As a child of a veteran, I know the military lifestyle all too well. Tucson and Borman K-8 have been my home ever since 2005 when I attended then Borman Elementary for my 4th and 5th-grade years of schooling.
Currently, I am working towards my degree in Special Education and Elementary Education to one day be able to teach at the school I hold dearly in my heart.
